Required Skills:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources, or related field
10-15 years of experience as a HR generalist
Atleast 5 yrs experience in IT Industry is a must
Atleast 5 years exp working as a HR Lead or Leading the HR function in the company
Proven track record in creating and maintaining employee communications strategies
and plans; devising and implementing, effective, result-oriented employee
communications projects and programmes, with an emphasis on business change
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent communication skills
Able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and well organised
Positive and pro-active with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
