Job Description: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will play a crucial role in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, along with your keen eye for identifying potential, will ensure we bring the best talent on board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks as needed.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, ATS software, and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
