Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and manage our recruitment process effectively. As the Recruitment Process Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring talented candidates across various roles within our organization. You will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Design and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social platforms) and offline channels (e.g., networking, referrals).
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute assignments, tests, and relevant interview materials.
• Participate in job fairs and career events to attract potential candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes.
• Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, in-person).
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
• Experience working in the IT industry or with technical positions.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
