Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Organize and conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to improve workplace satisfaction.
Training & Development:
Coordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Identify training needs and partner with external providers or internal trainers to deliver effective programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events that align with Brahmweb’s culture.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Support the leadership team in building a strong company culture.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in HR, preferably within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
