Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt Ltd. is seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager. Must be Post Graduate with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in HR Managerial work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES: – 

Oversee the complete HR Operations of the company.

 Heading HR Planning, Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Performance Evaluation, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Redressal, Compensation Management, Employee Engagement, Exit Formality,

 Ensuring Statutes Compliance.

 Managing end to end recruitment cycle.

 Driving business through Project Managers by Monitoring and Evaluating the Performance.

 Maintaining Personal documentation of Employees.

 Ensuring employee daily attendance/ Monthly attendance/ and other related monthly closing data.

 Preparing the daily HR related files for timely payment and coordinating with various desks.

 Ensuring timely stakeholders’ payment.

 Maintain HRIS across the organization.

Minimum Requirements 

Civil Engineering with MBA-HR with minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in same profile.

 Knowledge of Applicable Labor Laws and HR related Policies.

 Proactive and vocal.

 Soft Skills: – HRIS, HRMS, Ms Excel, TMS, ERP, SAP, ATS.

 Team working and relationship-building skills.

 An eye for detail.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 A willingness to learn.

 Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project

Yearly CTC: – INR 4.2 LPA to 4.8 LPA.

Working Location: – Ranchi, Jharkhand.
