Salary: INR 30,000 - 55,000 per month

Job Description:

As the HR Manager at Patliputra Hospital, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources to ensure the efficient functioning of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, benefits administration, and strategic planning. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the well-being of our employees at Patliputra Hospital.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals to Patliputra Hospital.
• Coordinate job postings, screenings, interviews, and selection processes in adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Oversee the onboarding procedures and orientation programs for new hires at Patliputra Hospital.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances following hospital policies and labor laws.
• Promote a positive work environment through initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellness programs at Patliputra Hospital.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and support career development at Patliputra Hospital.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, at Patliputra Hospital.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
• Collaborate with hospital administration to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives at Patliputra Hospital.
• Implement safety protocols and policies to ensure a safe working environment for employees at Patliputra Hospital.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare setting like Patliputra Hospital.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address employee concerns effectively.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hospital leadership and provide strategic HR guidance.
