• Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner • Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies • Ensuring adherence to GF INDIA & GF Global Policies & Procedures • Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc. • Address and resolve problems in a timely manner - Calculate and prepare general journal entries Job Descriptions
• Reconcile earnings and deduction totals - Review output registers and reports • Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements - Timely communication & coordination with various stakeholders Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance & Accounting • Prior experience within India payroll 4+ years - Good knowledge of India payroll process & statutory requirements
• You are detail oriented, organized, confidential and meticulous Understanding on payroll accounting and posting JE’s

•Payroll monthly reconciliationsPractical Knowledge in HR Generalist, Payroll,
Knowledge in Statutory and Legal Compliance (EPF, ESIC), Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, T&D, PMS.
Knowledge in Advance Excel.

Note : HR Generalist Practical Knowledge Required.
