Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.

- Conduct background checks and verify employment references.

Employee Engagement:

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction.

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention.

- Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge engagement levels and gather feedback.

- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions.

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address them promptly and effectively.

Company Policy Adherence:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies.

- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
