HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive with payroll experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire payroll process and assist with various HR functions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Management:
• Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, including employee attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
• Prepare and process employee salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements.
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports to management and relevant authorities.
• HR Operations:
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance appraisal processes and track employee progress.
• Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings, such as PF, ESI, TDS, etc.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and payroll information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll management.
• Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with [specific payroll software used by the company, if any].
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation.
