1. Talent Acquisition:
• Hands-on sourcing of candidates.
• Conducting the first round of interviews.

2. Attendance Management:
• Monitoring and managing employee attendance records.

3. Leave Management:
• Handling employee leave requests and maintaining leave records.

4. Payroll Coordination:
• Coordinating with the finance department for payroll processing.

5. Employee Onboarding:
• Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Preparing and managing necessary documentation.
• Conducting induction programs for new employees.

6. Employee Exit Formalities:
• Managing the exit process for departing employees, including documentation and exit

interviews.
