Full job description
You will focus on increasing the business impact and optimizing the HR function of the client organizations, ranging across the HR aspects of work and workplace. Examples of areas of work can be Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Skill-based organizations, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion as well as Workforce Planning.
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (MBA would be preferable)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the industry as HR.
Responsibilities:
• Designing compensation and benefits packages
• Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
