• Coordinate the performance appraisal process
• Analyse PMS data to identify tends,strengths,and area for improvement
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to refine the PMS process and align with organisational goals
• Gather feedback from employees rewarding the PMS process and suggest improvements.

Qualification:
• MBA in HR
• MSW

Experience:

4 plus years of experience

Skills:
• Communication skill
• Knowledge in Ms. Excel
• Experience in PMS
