Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with managers

- Source and screen candidates according to job requirements

- Understand job descriptions and candidate qualifications

- Conduct telephonic screening of CVs

- Interact with candidates and schedule interviews

- Handle data management using MS Office

- Utilize cold calling and email strategies for hiring

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:
