Job Description: We are seeking a motivated HR Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the hotel industry to join our esteemed 5-star hotel in Kochi. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
• Handle employee queries and concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a hotel HR role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office
