Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary: The HR Manager oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws to support organizational growth and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee inquiries and concerns.
• Promote a positive workplace through conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management:
• Oversee performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance on performance issues and development plans.
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and organize programs.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Benefits Administration:
• Manage benefits programs and ensure accurate processing.
• Communicate benefits information and handle inquiries.
• Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• [5+] years of HR management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
