Job Overview:

Edwings Overseas Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. As a leading overseas education consultancy, we help students achieve their academic dreams abroad. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, all while ensuring that our team remains passionate and dedicated to guiding students on their educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the recruitment process for various roles, focusing on attracting talent with experience in education consultancy, student counseling, and related fields.

Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are aligned with our mission to assist students in pursuing education abroad.

Develop and update job descriptions specific to the needs of an overseas education consultancy.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring that the work environment supports our mission.

Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes teamwork, especially in supporting student success.

Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts with sensitivity to the unique needs of a consultancy.

Performance Management:

Assist in implementing performance management systems tailored to our consultancy services.

Support managers in conducting performance appraisals, focusing on employee contributions to student success and consultancy excellence.

Track and monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

Ensure compliance with employment laws, especially in areas relevant to consultancy and education sectors.

Maintain accurate employee records, with attention to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Prepare HR reports that reflect our company’s growth and commitment to excellence in education consultancy.

Training and Development:

Organize training sessions that enhance the skills needed for successful student counseling and consultancy work.

Evaluate and improve training programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our team and industry.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Assist in developing HR policies that support our mission of helping students achieve their educational goals abroad.

Communicate policies effectively to ensure all team members understand and align with our company’s values and objectives.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Support the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee information, especially for roles related to student counseling and consultancy.

Administer benefits programs that cater to the unique needs of employees in the education consultancy sector.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or related functions, preferably within the education or consultancy sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, with a focus on the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with HR software and databases.
• Familiarity with the overseas education industry and student counseling processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
