You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities
• Partner with senior HR managers to identify and understand the hiring needs across different departments and roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
• Create and update job descriptions in consultation with HR managers.
• Screen resumes and applications, maintaining accurate records throughout the hiring process.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively work towards fulfilling them.
• Stay updated on new HR processes and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role within talent acquisition.
• Proficient in productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
• Experience using HR systems and job boards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and disciplined approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, and talent management.
• Target-driven with the ability to adapt to new environments.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and HRIS.
