On-boarding, Joining, Documentation, Filing

Drafting various letters

Drafting & responding to emails

Maintain and update company databases

Joining Intimation to HOD for creation of Employee Code, Official Email ID

Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Manage Induction & Familiarization programs

Monitor the implementation of Performance Management processes

Co-ordinate with Training & development team

Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance,

counselling, motivation, culture & attitudinal change etc.

Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR

policies & procedure

Handling other general admin work (festive + birthday celebrations)

Any other task assigned by Manager HR & Admin
