Job responsibilities of HR would be:
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, with a primary focus on attendance management, employee coordination, and HR operational activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Senior HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the sales team through efficient attendance tracking, coordination, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management:
• Monitor and manage the attendance records of the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Review and verify attendance logs, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve attendance-related queries and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
• Employee Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and HR department, facilitating smooth communication and addressing employee concerns.
• Assist in the coordination of HR-related activities for the sales team, including training sessions, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Provide support to the sales team in understanding and adhering to HR policies and procedures.
• Offer and Appointment Letter Issuance:
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents to new hires.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain records of issued documents and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Reference Checks:
• Conduct thorough reference checks for potential new hires to verify employment history and assess suitability for the role.
• Document and report reference check findings to the HR manager and relevant stakeholders.
• HR Operational Activities:
• Handle day-to-day HR activities, including employee data management, updating HR databases, and maintaining employee files.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance data and assisting with payroll-related queries.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and overall HR efficiency.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence:
• Ensure that all HR activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure the HR department remains compliant.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and addressing employee issues effectively.
