Job Requirements
• Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of desired candidates
• 2. Maintain Database: Attendance & Leave management
• 3. Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them HR policies and procedures
• 4. Documentation: Creation of confirmation letters, experience, and relieving letters, monitoring contract expiry for renewals& Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
• 5. Vendor management: Maintain relationships with vendors, and keep a track of price data & comparison sheets of multiple vendors to get the best pricing services—record keeping of vendors list.
• 6. Handling :-Petty cash management, insurance-related issues
• 7. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
• 8. Taking care of entire admin activities
