Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct the End-to-End Recruitment Cycle and handling the Employee Life cycle from Recruitment to Exit of the employee
• Reviewing queries and grievance handling
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Performance management and appraisal reviews
• Plan and execute Training and Development activities
• Responsible for other HR initiatives including the development, expansion, and implementation of an enhanced performance management
• Building effective relationships across the organization to enhance the department’s reputation and to effectively deliver on the objectives
• Handling the Office related activities – supplies, maintenance, cleanliness, petty cash approvals, etc.
• Tracking company assets provided to the team members and retrieving them during their exit
• Ensuring safety and security in and around the office
• Managing and monitoring budget that are set for expenses
• Monitor payment of utilities is made on or before its due date to ensure availability of lighting, water, telecommunication, internet connection, mobile phone and other regularly billed office expenses

Qualification:
• Graduation into Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Functions.
• Must have knowledge into KRA/KPI.
• Practical knowledge of the HR activities (Should be able to gauge the impact of initiatives taken)
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluency in English.
• Proficient in technology.
