We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to become part of a high performing and growing team

Location: Bhandup West - LBS Marg

Screening, Searching Sourcing of candidates through different portals and sources.

Understand the role, the industry, etc and source and speak to candidates accordingly.

Learn new recruitment strategies and Boolean searches

Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Process management and sourcing

Review, analyze, screen and source candidates on various factors such as job experience, education, skills, knowledge, and abilities

Follow client recruitment process for proper recruitment delivery on time.

Understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to the offer stage

Demonstrated MS Excel skill for maintaining recruitment trackers.

Required Qualifications

Looking out for some recruitment experience with demonstrable track record to source, attract and select candidates with a wide variety of skills along

with high level of accountability and ability to work with a high degree of flexibility.

Ability to partner, advice, and influence candidates in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Experience in engaging and managing hiring managers.
