IT Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
Use various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking, to find potential candidates.
Candidate Management:
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both technical and HR, to assess candidates" skills and cultural fit.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
Job Postings and Advertisements:
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Manage job advertisements and optimize them to reach the target audience.
Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipelines.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement activities and support HR initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Market Research:
Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and HR practices.
Analyze and recommend improvements in recruitment processes and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
