Roles and Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions as per the Job Descriptions. This involves understanding the specific skills and expertise required for different roles and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the right fit.

Once candidates are selected, to oversee their onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization. This may include conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies and procedures, and facilitating introductions to key team members.

Location- Ajmer

Salary: For Freshers 10k per month

For Experience (Decent hike on Previous salary)

Plus Performance Based Incentives

6 Days working, Sunday Fixed Off
