We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Chennai. Qualifications And Skills
• Expertise in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in handling employee relations issues, maintaining positive workplace culture (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in performance management, including setting goals and conducting evaluations (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective HR training programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS software for managing employee data and records.
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to employment laws and company policies.
• Ability to effectively onboard new employees and manage their integration into the company.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and maintain positive employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
• Implement performance management systems, including setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives, enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.
