They are responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and translating them into actionable specifications for development teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points.
• Elicit detailed requirements using various techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Document requirements clearly and concisely, using tools like user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using the SDFC platform to analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Leverage SDFC capabilities to create visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Possess a strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in sales and customer relationship management.
• Experience in using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Have experience in developing accurate and competitive quotes for SaaS products or services.
• Understand pricing strategies, contract terms, and revenue models.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to address business challenges and propose solutions.
• Create comprehensive and well-structured documentation, including requirements specifications, process diagrams, and test cases.
• Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and easily understandable by technical teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior management.
