We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping others develop their data analytics capabilities. The Data Analyst Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to become proficient data analysts.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curriculum for data analysis.
• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analysis to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
• Conduct training sessions (in-person and online) for individuals and groups at various skill levels.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis, including statistical methods, data visualization, and relevant software/tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
• Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to enhance training programs.
• Assist in the development of certification programs and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including but not limited to SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey them in an understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
