Job Description: Data Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and tagging call transcriptions, which will require excellent comprehensive skills in English. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong linguistic abilities, and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data tagging processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and tag diverse datasets according to predefined criteria and guidelines.

Collaborate with the AI team to optimize tagging strategies and improve efficiency.

Provide feedback and contribute to the enhancement of tagging methodologies.

Maintain documentation and records related to tagging activities.

Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in tagging tasks.

Previous experience in data tagging or annotation is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with tagging tools and platforms is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
