Provide technical and functional expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP modules, including but not limited to Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and/or Human Resources (HR)

Work closely with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, testing, and implementation.

Perform system configuration and testing, including integration testing with other modules and third-party applications.

Provide support to end-users during the testing and post-implementation phases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.

Keep up to date with the latest SAP technology trends and developments and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

MBA in HR is favourable for HR Tech roles.

Minimum of 2-15 years of experience in SAP implementation, customization, and support.

Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, and/or HR.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.

SAP certification is a plus.
