• Run data reports on CRM systems. Conduct research and undertake data mining to fill gaps, qualifying the leads where possible • Manage event social media activity to generate leads • Assist Marketing Managers to manage relationship with PR agencies, broadcast and media partners as required • Work closely with designers to create marketing collateral including both online and print advertisements • Data gather for post-event marketing summary documents including, but not limited to; web and email analytics, delegate survey responses, print and digital advertising, press coverage reports from PR agencies, in a timely manner • Provide assistance with direct marketing tasks, track inbound queries / brochure downloads
