Candidate should have French communication skills (written and verbal)

Must possess French certification (B1/B2/C1/C2/BA/MA French)

Experience: Must have experience in fields like Application Support / Application Monitoring / L1 support for Application

Candidate should understand customer issue and take action as per SOP or route it to appropriate team

Ticket Creation / Categorization / Prioritization

Provide first level resolutions based on SOP

Education: Computer Engineering IT / BCA / BSc Computer

Shift Window – 24/7

Working days – Monday to Sunday

Week offs – Rotational
