Source candidates for all roles across Functions.
Support recruiters where necessary, working in agile squads to deliver business recruiting objectives
Build/maintain relationships across the Resourcing Team, Centers of Expertise and any external partners.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Resourcing & Candidate Sourcing experience through various channels LinkedIn, Google, Social Platforms, etc.
Agile methodology
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficient in German language

German B2 certification is mandatory.
