Requirements
To work with the business and provide HR support for on roll and off roll employees- Responsible for HR operations, talent acquisition, administration, employee engagement, performance management, training, employee recognition, employee cycle- joining to exit formalities, managing employee relations and benefits, payroll, training and statutory compliances. audits. · Onboarding activities, (On Roll, Off Roll, Direct and Contract resources)- Lead employees onboarding activities, answer employees queries and provide assistance to managers when integrating new hires into the organisation · Employee Data, MIS - Maintain personal files and documentation, BGV’s, Insurance, Employee Master · Employee Life cycle requirements - Manage complete employee cycle which includes on-boarding formalities to exit formalities which includes employee transfers. · Talent Acquisition - Manage, Track, Coordinate with business for Building payroll manpower requirements. · Payroll - Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, F&F. · Pre Joining - Interview and offer, shortlisted candidates for off-role candidates (requirements) and maintain database of candidates. · Recruitment Trackers - Maintain reports relating to Recruitments (Building payroll) and Operations. · Vendor Management - Introduce new sources for recruitment (Campus, agencies etc.) and manage vendor co-ordination, (tie up with collages in North-East, Voluntary organizations) · Preparing offer & appointment letter, increment and promotion letters, exit letters and any other employee related letters. · Initiate and co-ordinate the probation confirmation process. · Prepare salary breakups, fitment sheets for candidates for selected candidates. · Identify the purpose and objectives which the organization wishes to attain. Develop and implement HR Policies and SOP’s · Ensure that the company HR operational policies are rolled out and processes are adhered to and continually improved. · Continually assesses employee morale by analyzing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness and resignations. · Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored, resolved and documented. · Periodic (monthly) site visits to connect with all building employees · Support all audit requirements. · Employee Engagement & Retention · Organization chart/structure · Attendance tracking/leaves of building payroll employees-weekly/monthly · Tracking and valuating employee of the month-Operations & Sales · Coordination with TCFM · Interaction/visiting all properties to build the connect with all employees. · Feedback on site visit · Grievance · BGV · Coordinating with all properties in terms of manpower, attendance, leaves · MIS report-Attrition, exit interviews, manpower tracker, property level manpower costing · Tracking of employee salary advance/loans · Tracking of employment contracts · To assist in activities concerning performance management, staff discipline, HR administration and any other HR related as per business needs. Qualifications and Work Experience: • Graduation or Post Graduate MBA from a Reputed Institute (Specialization in HR) • Minimum 5 yrs of experience in HR Operations / Generalist Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: • HR Function Knowledge (Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Personnel Policies, MIS) • Effective verbal and written communication • Quick & Flexible • Building relationships & Influencing Stakeholders • Robust execution of HR policies and programs • Operational Skill of tracking and managing multiple programs across businesses • Communicating progress on key Business HR requirements regularly and effectively to Business Heads and HR Head Recruitment: Focus on improving the delivery of Talent Acquisition for all designed divisions of the Organisation, with strong execution focus. Key Responsibilities: • Drive the Annual Manpower plan in collaboration with Business Partner and HOD’s. Ensure initiative-taking searches by keeping a good connect with Business leaders and awareness of potential churn. • Design and implement recruitment plan as per the specific business requirement. • Develop and update Manpower Requisitions and JD whenever necessary. • Develop and implement innovative and business specific sourcing strategy: IJP’s, Employee Referrals, Job Portals, social media, Vendors, Career Website, Campus hiring and Hiring drives. • Screen candidates and ensure a smooth completion of hiring process in coordination with all stakeholders. • Successful closures of positions till BGV and transition of candidate to HR Ops team for formalities. • Support post offer follow up with candidates and synergize with HR Operations team to make employee experience seamless. • Manage and sustain a positive candidate experience from interview to onboarding. • Manage vendor relations and payments.
