• Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
• Identification & evaluation of applications required to fulfill stated & identified business requirements
• End to end project management capabilities
• Evaluation, coordination with group capabilities, implementation & release of change requests & change projects
• Ensures operationalization of chosen applications: infrastructure identification, installation, activation, deployment & support
• Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software used to provide a high level of support
• Maintains and consistently demonstrates a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures
