• Active participation in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues

• Provide knowledge transfer to Production Support team after project go-live
• Need to be prepared to offer technical help and expertise to Production Support team for any urgent production issue
• Experience with SAP and non-SAP systems integration, performance test planning and testing execution coordination skill
