• Resolve tickets (Incidents and request) on our SAP BI Stack related to ERP and CRM sources.
• Work with product owners to create, revise, and validate end-user learning materials,
• Conduct business user training as needed.
• Support developers to prepare test data and perform testing activities.
• Work with end users and partners to resolve operational issues and mitigate risk.
