• Candidate should be very sound with Revenue processes in S/4 HANA
• Should have knowledge of Customer Services (Equipment, Serial Number, Notification, Warranties handling, Customer Returns, Refurbishments, etc.)
• Additionally knowledge of CRM processes and handled tools like SAP Customer for Cloud (C4C) or SFDC etc will be an added advantage
• Ability to gather requirement correctly and suggest possible solutions keeping in view the business process, related benefits, and existing pain points.
• Must have worked on customs RICEFW objects to address business needs.
