• You may have your experience from either an IT or HR organization, or having experience as consultant supporting implementations.
CompetenciesYou are a Support and IT literate in the sense that you have a natural interest for securing daily operations and high level of user experience not only in the system but also in the interaction with People & Culture though the daily support.In general, you can recognise yourself in being:
• A good operations person e.g. enjoys promote the HR support with in a global context.
• IT technical skilled understanding HR processes.
• Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work well in a time-sensitive setting , with no supervision and collaboratively, and as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Systems thinking mindset with a significant bias towards User Experience
• A good team-oriented person but able to work with no supervision with own deliverables.
• Focused on the task at hand and always delivering high quality with an eye for both the details and the dependencies to other parts of our systems.
