• Strong SAP HCM experience of 10-13 yrs
• Detailed knowledge of German payroll - specifically processes and policies - advantageous if this includes local government knowledge
• Good knowledge of SAP payroll generally with involvement in at least three end-to-end implementations
• Good knowledge of Absence Management and Absence Processing (payroll) on SAP
• Knowledge of configuration in PA, OM / PD, ECM, Benefits.
• Detailed knowledge of German Payroll Schema
