• Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
• Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports, and performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials.
• Acts as a team leader or group leader for projects / tasks established in SAP SD and / or SAP CS (Customer Service)
• Organizes and leads various user group forums to address issue management, to field & manage enhancements requests, and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users in a given functional area of the business operation.
Additional Job Functions: (Less Critical Job Activities)
• Project management task and administration. Maintains work plans, tracks effort and progress vs. plan for small to medium scale project, and provides appropriate status information regarding projects.
