Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-support and involvement in the small and large-scale changes in the SAP environment.
• Provide post-implementation support for SAP and associated interfaces and reports
• Hands-on configuration and customization in any of SAP SCM ( SD MM WM IM )modules
• Root cause analysis.
• Evaluate & analyze requirements
• Liaise with the business representatives and Competency Centre colleagues to design appropriate solutions
• Development of functional specifications and test strategies
