Job Role and Responsibilities

• Will manage incidents/Requests by troubleshooting/configuration using respective SAP SD process
• Deliver incidents, requests, and changes within EATON specified SLAs and updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Will provide production support as needed to address configuration, data, and process issues
• Should have experience in interfaces e.g E-invoice, integration to other order entry sources, etc.
• Will deliver in small requests around the globe by providing Functional Specifications to the technical team.
• Will continually learn new SAP modules and techniques.
• Will mentor, train, and guide members of the support team member
• Will communicate and mentor the support team on global functional processes and procedures.
