- Configure and support Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation)
- Gather business requirements and map to Workday configurations
- Build custom reports, dashboards using Workday Report Writer
- Support data loads via EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Handle business process framework setup and security roles
- Workday certification is a plus but not mandatory for freshers
