Minimum of 5 to 10 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 8 to15 End-End-To Implementations
Should have excellent knowledge in EC core concepts , Position Management , Time Off , MDF, Global Benefits.
Should have worked in EC Implementation
Good understanding of standard business processes & scenarios and strong customer focus.
Strong problem resolution, analysis and reporting skills (Adhoc and canvas reports).
Expertise in the process of supporting the projects like client requirement gathering, Incident Management, Configuration, Customization.
Must have good Knowledge on Workflows, Position management, workflows, RBP configuration, Business rules, data Audits, Data models and its association, Picklist management, MDF objects,Integration center. Etc
Knowledge on other talent modules like PMGM, RCM, ONB is also an added advantage,
Must have worked on Release management and ensure customer support for each release.
Must be able to support to cross module tickets by providing the data and help in analysing and resolving the issues.
Certified in Employee Central and Time Tracking
Domain knowledge of Human Capital Management Time Management processes.
Expert level in SAP SuccessFactors implementation of Employee Central and Time Tracking Modules.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Integration with 3rd Party Tools.
Perform the Configuration changes to business processes.
Update/Develop custom Solutions, reports, and workflows.
Support the integration from a functional perspective
Knowledge of database tables/data elements in SAP to support data extraction, mapping, and transformation
Good to have Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology. 5. Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Provide Business Consulting for customers
Provide Training and Training Material
Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants
