• 6 to 8 years of working experience in the Information Technology with extensive SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics reporting Background
• Comfortable in LMS reporting, SuccessFactors Reporting catalog (Online Report Designer.
• Familiarity with various SuccessFactors Modules like LMS, Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Employee Central & RCM etc
• Good understanding of all aspects of the Human Resources business process and translation of business requirements into SAP solutions.
