• Solid grasp of various types of Sales documents, Delivery documents, Item Categories, and Schedule line categories.
• Understanding and configuration of pricing Procedure determination using condition Technique.
• IST time zone coverage 9.30 to 22.30 hours
• Specialist on integrations with SD to other modules.
• Output determination for sales orders, Delivery and Billing
• Adhere to stated SLAs for each specified severity level
• Maintain all required documentation with 100% process compliance
