• Delivery within the scheduled timelines on the enhancements.
• Ownership of incidents/problems and resolve issues to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understand and Provide support on the changes happening in the customer business processes.
• Must be able to work independently on configuration and custom developments.
