Provide Application strategy & direction on all SAP service.
Ensure all SAP application services are available within the prescribed services levels.
Ensure the ICT suppliers are compliant with their change management protocols
related to SAP environment (both management and technical).
Ensure the ICT suppliers have full control and management of their supply chain
