• Act as a business consultant in requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, solution design for BI (Business Intelligence) reporting.
• Act as an interface between business users and the technical team and works with the technical team to prioritize system functionality during all phases of system development.
• Act as a business analyst to SAP users within the business, so strong stakeholder management skills essential.
• Take solutions through the configuration, test and deployment phases; must be able to complete your own work and have the hands-on skills in doing so.
• Act as thought leader to SAP user base to offer best in class solutions.
• Managing relationships with SAP users, other stakeholders and third parties (for third system).
• GAP Analysis.
• Undertaking User Training and the Preparation of User Training Material
