Should be having Technical awareness about the Development activity i.e. FS preparation, User Exits, Enhancements, LSMW, BDC applications, BAPIs.
Good understanding of Incidents, Enhancements, Change management & Problem management processes navigating the ticket management tools.
Experience in SAP implementation with Indian Client(s) & Indian taxation & reporting requirements.
Experience and direct interaction with US and European clients., independently able to handle client requirements.
